2.Lesion is lichenification & thicked 

3. Lesion present occipital region 


D/D: 

  • Psoriasis
  • Conact Dermatitis


🗒️Rx:

1.Equra ([post id="649" title="Urea"]).. 2 times daily ...8 weeks

2. Remus ([post id="549" title="Tacrolimus"])......2 times daily .....2-3 months

3. Emolent ([post id="543" title="Emolent"])....3-4 times daily .....2-3 months/olive oil  

4. Tab.xyril ([post id="534" title="Hydroxyzine"])(10mg)....1+0+1........7 days (if itching)

if secondry infection: 

Tab.Cefotil plus([post id="404" title="Cefuroxime"] )....1+0+1....................7 days
