Clinical Features :
1.Bulging or lump on the skin up to several centimeters in diameter
2)Fatigue
3)Fever not associated with flu symptoms
4)Fluid leakage from the carbuncle, which may crust over
5)Itching feeling
6)Severe discomfort or pain
7)Spread of infection
8)White or yellow centers in the carbuncle (pustules)
Investigation:
1) swab for c/s

1. Incision & drainage of pus then,
2.Cap.Phylopen-DS ([post id="405" title="Flucloxacillin"])(500mg) 1+1+1+1....7 days
3.Tab.Ceevit([post id="466" title="Ascorbic"]) acid (250mg)..1+0+1.....10 days
4. Tab.Maxpro([post id="392" title="Esomeprazole"]) (20 mg)...1+0+1....5 days(30 min before meal)
👉if pain, then
💊Tab.Flexi([post id="454" title="Aceclofenac"])(100mg)
1+0+1.....(after meal)..... 3-5 days
