Protocols
Clinical Features:
1) Incubation period of 3-12 weeks.
2) It produces flesh-coloured umbilicated and hemispherical
papules usually up to 5 mm in diameter
3)Larger lesions may be seen in HIV infection.
4) Lesions are often multiple and, may spread by
auto-inoculation.
5) Found on the genitalia, lower abdomen and upper thighs
when sexually acquired.
6) Facial lesions are highly suggestive HIV infection.

Verruca vulgaris
Keratoacanthoma
Treatment:
📃Rx:
Retin-A ([post id="605" title="Tretinoin"]) cream ….2 times daily …4-8 weeks (apply with moisturizer
cream or olive oil)
OR
Kersol 6% ([post id="639" title="Salicylic"])cream … 1 times daily …….4-8 weeks
OR
Imiclara ([post id="640" title="Imiquimod"]) cream ….1 times daily…. 4-8 weeks
+
Trinon ([post id="605" title="Tretinoin"])(25mg/100gm) cream
রাতের
বেলা শুবার সময় মুখ ধুয়ে
শুকিয়ে মুখে লাগাবেন।...... ২
মাস

1.Cryotherapy
2. CO2 laser
3. Curettage
4. Electrocautery
💢Prognosis:
Spontaneously Resolve with in 2 years
