Protocols
Clinical Feature:
1.Koebnerization present
2. Lesion in face & buttock
3. Papular lesion develop after fever
D/D:
- Scabies
- Hnad food mouth disease
Treatment: (mostly children)
🗒️Rx:
1. Syrup. Furotil ([post id="400" title="Cefuroxime"])(125mg/5ml)
20mg/kg/day ....2 times ....7 days
Average dose: ➡6-12 month:১/২ চামচ ২বার ➡1-3 year: ১ চামচ ২ বার ➡4-5 years: 1.5 চামচ ২ বার |
2. Syrup. Sinamin ([post id="531" title="Chlorpheniramine"])( (2mg/5ml)
Average dose: ➡6-12 month:১/২ চামচ ২ বার ➡1-5 year: ১ চামচ ২ বার ➡6-10 years: 1.5 চামচ ২ বার |
