Clinical Features:
1.Intense itching
2. Blister lesion palm & sole
D/D:
- Scabies
- Tinea manuum
- Tinea pedis
Treatment:
📃Rx:
1. Fusicort /([post id="540" title="FacidBT"])cream ...2 times daily....4 weeks
2.Tab.Cefotil ([post id="400" title="Cefuroxime"])(500mg) ..1+0+1.....7 days OR
Cap.Flustar ([post id="405" title="Flucloxacillin"])(500mg) 1+০+1.... 7 days(if 2dry infection)
3. Tab.Rupa ([post id="542" title="Rupatadine"]) (10 mg) ০+০+1....1 month(if itching)
4. Emolent ([post id="543" title="Emolent"]) 2-3 times .... daily (Moistturiser)
If Recur :
Remus([post id="549" title="Tacrolimus"]) oinment ..2 times daily for ...2 month
