Clinical Features:
1.Lesion is acute onset
2. H/O short duration.
3.Unilateral lesion & painful
4. Lesion vasicular & cluster pattern
Cause : Vericella zoster virus
D/D:
1. Herpes simplex virus
2. Insect bite
Treatment:

1.Counselling & Reassurance
2. Tab.Novirax/Virux([post id="612" title="Acyclovir"]) (400mg)
1+1+1+1+1.............7 days
OR
Tab.valarux/Valovir([post id="614" title="Valacyclovir"])1gm
1+0+1.....3-5 days
3.Viruxx([post id="612" title="Acyclovir"]) cream ....3-5 times daily ..15 days
4.💊Cap.Maxpro ([post id="392" title="Esomeprazole"])(20 mg)
1+০+1....7 days (30 min before meal)
5. Xoviral ([post id="617" title="Ganciclovir"])eye gel .... 5 times daily afftected eye
If Eye Redness :
([post id="618" title="Lotepred"]) plus eye drop ..1 drop 4 times afftected eye ...7 days
For itching:
Tab.Xyril ([post id="534" title="Hydroxyzine"])(10mg) ..1+0+1....5-7 days
if Fever:
Tab.Napa ([post id="449" title="Paracetamol"])(500mg) .1+1+1...... 5-7 days
if 2ndry infection:

💠if post herpetic Neuralgia present :pain persist

তারপর, Tab.PG(50mg)

3. Jesocaine ([post id="616" title="Lidocaine"])jelly 2-3 times daily
