Clinical Features:

1.Lesion is acute onset

2. H/O short duration.

3.Unilateral lesion & painful

4. Lesion vasicular & cluster pattern

Cause : Vericella zoster virus

D/D:

1. Herpes simplex virus

2. Insect bite

Treatment:

For itching:

if Fever:

if 2ndry infection:
