Protocols
Clinical features:
1. Generalized vesicular Lesion with fever
2. Age onset usaually under 10 but its occur any age .
3. This is acute onset, short duration history .
Cause: Varicella Zoster virus
D/D:
1. monkey pox
2. Viral exanthemas
Treatment:

General Mx:
1. Isolate the patient
2. Planty of water
3. Nutritional support
Specific Rx:
For child :
1. Syrup. Furotil ([post id="400" title="Cefuroxime"])(125mg/5ml)
20mg/kg/day ....2 times ....7 days

Average dose: ➡6-12
month:১/২ চামচ ২বার ➡1-3
year: ১ চামচ ২ বার ➡4-5
years: 1.5 চামচ ২ বার |
2. Syrup. Sinamin ([post id="531" title="Chlorpheniramine"])( (2mg/5ml)

Average dose: ➡6-12
month:১/২ চামচ ২
বার ➡1-5
year: ১ চামচ ২ বার ➡6-10
years: 1.5 চামচ ২ বার |
3. If Fever :
Syrup.Napa ([post id="449" title="Paracetamol"])(120mg/5ml)
15 mg/kg/dose ............6 hourly
4. If itching :
Togent cream([post id="611" title="Diphenhydramine"]) ....apply 3/4 times locally ...7 days
For Adult :
2.Calamilon ([post id="532" title="Calamine"]) Lotion দিনে ২ বার লাগাবেন
3.Tab.Rupa ([post id="542" title="Rupatadine"]) (10 mg) ০+০+১....১০ দিন
4.Cap.maxpro ([post id="392" title="Esomeprazole"])(20mg) 1+0+1…..7 days
5.Tab.Napa ([post id="449" title="Paracetamol"]) (500 mg) ১+১+১ জ্বর হলে, ভরা পেটে)
