Clinical Feature: 

• 1.Painful papular lesion in skin fold area like axila(other site groin,under breast)
• 2.Common in post puberty age,not common less than 12 years

D/D:

• Carbuncles
• Cutaneous Crohn's diseas

📃Rx:

1.Weight reduction for obese patient

2. Cap.Doxicap([post id="590" title="Doxycycline"]) 100mg

• 0+0+1 .......1 month

3.Retigel 0.05% ([post id="595" title="Isotretinoin"]) gel

• 2 times daily 4-8 weeks

4. YAG laser

5.In chronic & non responsive case,surgery is the choice of treatment.
