17.Acne Vulgaris(mild)

Clinical Features:

1)Inflammatory Papules,pastules,nodules cyst are present. 

2) Lesion present maily Face,Nose,back Shoulders and upper chest.

3)Common in young or teenagers. 

4)Open or Closed Comedons present. 

D/D:

Rosacea

Treatment :

1.Drink plenty of water .

2. Ensure Adequate sleep 

Specific rx: 

1. Benoxiclin gel ([post id="585" title="Clindamycin"])....2 times daily .....2 month 

if no response : Then 

Clendex Plus ([post id="586" title="click"]) gel ....1 time daily (night )......6-12 weeks 

OR

Clindex plus ([post id="586" title="click"]) loation ...2 times  daily ......6-12 weeks .

2. Oxigel wash([post id="587" title="Benzoyl"] ...1 time daily.....4-8 weeks (before applying gel )
